| 摘 要： | 城市道路施工中损坏地下管线的事故时常发生,究其原因,经常是因为地下管线资料不全、作业人员责任心不强、保护措施不当等原因造成.文章认为,从规划、城建档案管理、施工现场管理着手,能有效地防止此类事故的发生.
