| Abstract: | This paper first explains the conception of SLA (Service Level Agreement), and discusses the importance of telecom SLA and its benefits to telecom operators and subscribers; then analyzes the difficulties and challenges of implementing and managing telecom SLA, it also describes the basic requirements of SLA management; finally, it introduces some of the SLA management systems in the marketplace. |
