摘    要:本文准确地测定了Fe(ClO_4)_3溶液在紫外区吸收光谱的两个等吸收点(波长为271nm和222nm),并利用等吸收点成功的测定了菜叶、甘草、陈皮等样品中的微量元素铁。该法操作简单,无须另加试剂,且干扰少。

Abstract:The paper identified strictly the two isoabsorptive points of absorptionspectrum of Fe(ClO_4)_3 solution in ultra-violet range(the wavelengths:271 nm and 222 nm) and then determined successfully the micro-elementFe in tea, licroricl and orange peel by using isoabsorptive point. Theoperation is simple, don't need other reagent and has less interference.
