铝胁迫对喀西茄叶片的氧化伤害及抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:以外来草本植物喀西茄(Solanum khasianum)为材料,研究了铝胁迫对其渗透调节物质、膜质过氧化程度和体内保护酶系统的影响特征,并进而探讨了入侵植物对铝胁迫生理耐受特性及耐铝机制。结果表明:低浓度铝处理对喀西茄的各种生理指标无显著影响。高浓度铝胁迫引起喀西茄叶片质膜透性增大、脯氨酸和MDA含量显著增加,可溶性糖含量则先升高后下降、可溶性蛋白先上升后下降。当Al3+的浓度达到500mg/L以上时,喀西茄体内SOD、CAT、POD酶的活性均显著提高,表明此时植物为避免遭受伤害已做出了适应性反应,启动了自身的保护酶系统。铝胁迫下,外来植物喀西茄能通过体内的生理保护机制来减少所受到的胁迫,表现出较强的耐铝特性。

Abstract:Aluminum stress can affect the various biochemical and physiological processes.Under aluminum stress,the characteristics of osmolytes,membranous peroxidation and protective enzyme system of plants were affected;the partial enzyme activities of photosynthesis were inhibited.In this paper,we used an exotic herbs Solanum khasianum as material to study the physiological characteristics and mechanisms of aluminum tolerance.The results showed that:there were no significant effects on of physiological characteristics of S.khasianum with low concentration of aluminum treatments.But with high concentrations of aluminum stressing,the membrane permeability,proline and MDA contents of S.khasianum leaves were significantly increased,the soluble sugar content was first increased and then decreased,the soluble protein increased and then decreased.When the Al3+ concentration of 500mg·l-1 or more,the SOD,CAT,POD enzymatic activity of S.khasianum were significantly increased,which indicated that plants had made adaptive response and activated their own protective enzyme system to avoid being hurt.Under Aluminum stress,exotic plant S.khasianum can reduce the subject to stress through the physiological protection mechanism,and shows strong resistance to aluminum stress.
