| 摘 要： | 从人力资源开发对提升北部湾经济区的软实力的重要性出发,总结了广西北部湾经济区目前的人力资源开发状况即主要存在诸如人才总量不多、整体素质不高、人才结构和分布不合理、高层次人才奇缺等问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决措施,以期保障广西北部湾经济区的顺利发展。

| Abstract: | This paper begins with the importance of human resources development in strengthening the soft power of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,and summarizes the existing problems of HRD in Beibu Gulf Economic Zone like limited size,low quality,inappropriate composition and distribution,and want of high-level professionals.Finally,it proposes some countermeasures for the purpose of ensuring the smooth development of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. |
