| Abstract: | Zusammenfassung Lymphozyten des chinesischen Hamsters (Cricetulus griseus) wurden in verschiedenen Madia mit verschiedenen Zusätzen gezüchtet. Die beste Mitosenausbeute wurde erhalten mit dem Medium R.P.M.I. 1640, bei einem zustz von 10% fötalem Kalbsserum und 6  l/ml Phytohämagglutinin.
