| 摘 要： | 作为唯一延续了几千年而没有文化断层的文明古国，中国以其悠久的历史，积淀了深厚的人文传统，而这些传统对中国军事发展既有正面的也有负面的影响。主要有“重道轻器”的传统导致中国谋略先进，科技落后；儒家和谐哲学决定了中国的防守型国防战略；中庸思想制约着中国军事创新。

| Abstract: | As the only civilized ancient country without any cultural breaks in her development,China has accumulated deep and wide human traditions,which have both positive and negative influences on the Chinese military development.For example,the concept of regarding strategy superior to the arms resulted in the advanced military thought but underdeveloped science and technology;the Confucian philosophy of honesty was bound to lead to the Chinese defense-oriented national defensive strategy;and the concept of the middle course definitely held back the military originality,etc. |
