| Abstract: | Machilus thunbergii forest is a typical zonal forest in middle subtropic area of China. It is also a forest for fine wood use and a forest for environment protection. In this article the forest type, species composition, community structure, population structure, growth and development, distribution succession and economic value of the Machilus thunbergii forest were analyzed. |
