摘    要:文章介绍了一种适用于铁电型多层陶瓷电容器的快速无损检测方法。这一测试方法建立在多层陶瓷电容器施加直流偏压时的机电谐振现象基础之上。电容器内部缺陷的存在会严重地影响电容器中的机电谐振,谐振过程所受到的阻尼可以很好地表征多层陶瓷电容器中的缺陷。

Abstract:A rapid nondestructive evaluation method for ferroelectric multilayer ceramic capacitors is described. The evaluation method is based on the electromechanical resonances in the capacitors when a DC bias is applied. The resonances are severely dampened by the internal de-fects of the capacitors. An undampened resonance is a good indication of a defect-free multi-layer ceramic capacitor. The antiresonant impedance Za of the expanding resonance along the width direction of the capacitor is uesd as the criterion parameter, and its absolute value is uesd as the criterion. This method was confirmed by the result of acceleration test of the ca-pacitors, the error of acceptation is less than 15% ,and the rejection error is less than 7. 5%.
