模糊自学习误差补偿方法及其在位置误差补偿中的应用

摘    要:提出了一种新的模糊自学习误差补偿方法,其原理是根据误差及其变化率,利用规则fuzzy推理,得出误差修正值,按照自学习规律,产生新的误差校正表或校正曲线,应用这种新方法,对开环数控系统位置误差的补偿效果令人满意,此原理可进一步推广应用于其它场合。

Abstract:A new method of fuzzy self-learning error compensation is presented in this paper.Onthe basis of error and error-change-rate,its principle is to make the fuzzy inference using therules,and to find the error compensation value,then a new error correction list(or correc-tion curve)is generated according to the self-learning rule,The experimental results are sat-isfacfory by using the new method in an open loop NC system.Its application in other occa-sions is also expected to be suitable.
