SiCp/LY12复合材料在NaCl水溶液中的腐蚀特性

摘    要:研究了SiC颗粒增强LY12复合材料在质量分数为3.5%的CaCl水溶液中的电化学行为和腐蚀特性,考察了SiC加入量的影响,探讨了增强体/基体界面的腐蚀行为在复合材料腐蚀中的作用,结果表明:复合材料的电化学行为与未增强材料相似,腐蚀形态为点蚀和均匀腐蚀,界面区的优先溶解造成了复合材料表面的均匀腐蚀,并在一定程度上掏了点蚀。

Abstract:Electrochemical behaviors and corrosion characteristics of SiC particulate reinforcedLY12 composites in 3.5%(in mass percentage)NaCl solution are investigated.Effect of addi-tion amount of SiC is examined. Effect of the corrosion behavior of reinforcement/matrix in-terface on the corrosion of the composites is studied.It is concluded that:1)The electro-chemical behaviors of the composites are similar to that of the unreinforced material.2)Thecorrosion pattern of the composites is pitting with uniform corrosion,3)The preferential dis-solution of the interfacial region causes uniform corrosion of the composites and depressespitting to some extent.
