复杂组成钙钛矿材料中的纳米分相

摘    要:大量实验直接或间接证明,在许多化学组成复杂的材料内部,深入到纳米线度来观察材料的组成分布是不均匀的,文章用晶体化学原理分析了复杂钙钛矿材料中纳米微区组成不均匀性的内在动因。在此基础上,将纳米分相的概念引入复杂人化合物和固溶体中,提出纳米分相是许多复杂组成材料的共同结构特征。

Abstract:The intrinsic cause of nano-inhomogeneity in complex perovskite materials is discussed. On this basis, the conception of nano-phase separation is introduced into complex compounds and solid solutions. Nano-phase separation is a common structural identity of many materials with complex chemical composition. The experimental phenomena of the anomalous decrease of phase transition temperature in Pb(Zn113Nb213)03-BaTiO3 system, and the disappearance of frequency dispersion in the solid solutions with high PbTiO3 content are well explained ac-cording to the model of nano-phase separation.
