BaTiO3铁电玻璃陶瓷结构和介电性能的研究

摘    要:采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备BaTiO3铁电玻璃陶瓷,选择材料组成成份分别Ba-Ti-Si-O和BaTi-Al-Si-O。利用XRD分析了上述两体系的均匀凝胶在热处理后的结晶结构。借助SEM观察了微晶形貌。最后测试了这种玻璃陶瓷在不同的温度和频率下人的介电常数和损耗,结果表明此类材料具有良好的介电性能。

Abstract:The preparation and structure of BaTiO3 glass ceramics prepared by Sol-Gel method are presented in this paper. Two systems of Ba-Ti-B-Si-O and Ba-Ti-Al-Si-O were studied. The crystalline structure of the two kinds of homogeneous gels was studied by XRD, and the crystalline morphology was observed by SEM. The dielectric properties of these glass-ceramics at different temperatures and frequencies were tested. The results indicate that these ma-terials have good dielectric properties.
