| 摘 要： | 建国后的第一个十年是中国国际法学研究的开创时期。由于文革的破坏，国际法学研究陷入了十年左右的萎缩和萧条。改革开放之后的第一个十年，国际法学研究得以恢复，并为此后的发展奠定了良好的基础。在冷战结束后的近20年时间里。中国的国际法学研究发展迅速，硕果累累。

| Abstract: | The first decade after the establishment of P.R.C was the initiating period of international law research(ILR).Because of the destruction of the Cultural Revolution,ILR had fallen into withering and depression for about ten years.During the first decade after the reform and opening of China in 1978,ILR was resumed and laid a good foundation for the future development.ILR has rapidly developed and made great progress in the nearly twenty years after the end of the Cold War. |
