摘    要:对小功率的针摆减速器的摆线轮材料和制造工艺的试验表明,使用非钢材料来铸造摆线轮的新工艺使得新型的“铸摆”针摆减速器具有传动效率高,制造工艺简单,成本较低和设计方便合理等优点。

Abstract:On the materials used for the epicycloidal wheel and its manufacturing technique, a new consideration is made and carried out in a test, which shows that the technique of adopting non-steel material to cast epicycloidal wheel for making a new type "casting epicycloidal reducer" has the following advantages: higher efficiency, simpler manufacturing, lower cost, and more convenient and rational designing.
