| 摘 要： | 讨论了条槽剥离型动态混合器的结构参数对混合性能的影响,并探索了其规律性。结果证明,选择适当的结构参数,有利于提高螺杆挤出量、降低功耗、稳定温升以提高熔体质量。更为重要的是,可以增强条槽剥离型动态混合器的混合性能,使其达到甚至超过球窝型动态混合器。

| Abstract: | The influence of the configuration parameters on the characteristics of dynamic mixer with striped channels is studied. As results indicate that, given the proper configuration parameters , the output of the extruder can be increased with low energy consumption and stable temperature. Furthermore, the mixing effect will be improved up to or even above that of spherical cavity mixer. |
