| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,对即将实施的体育健康教育中,课外群众性体育活动的作用比照体育与健康教育的目标领域进行探讨,研究认为:学校课外群众性体育活动在4方面可以发挥其健康教育的独到功能:①传播人类社会的体育文化,引导学生掌握体育知识、技能,符合健康与体育教育的技术技能目标领域的要求;②满足青少年身心发展的需要,增进健康,符合体育与健康教育中的学生身心发展目标要求;③在课外群众性体育活动中,学生能将体育课上所学的技术学以致用,实现运动参与,社会健康与体育教育运动参与目标要求;④有利于培养良好的生活习惯,促进学生终身体育。
