波纹管受非轴对称载荷作用时的非线性计算

摘    要:基于小应变、中等转角的假设,用有限元法对波纹管的非轴对称几何非线性特性作了分析研究。采用三节点曲边壳元,位移、转角在总体坐标系下独立插值,并用牛顿迭代法进行非线性迭代,所有外载均按比例增加。由于在通常情况下,波纹管的角向、横向位移具有一个对称面,所以对位移和应力的周向展开采用了一种特殊的形式。

Abstract:In this paper, the asymmetrical nonlinear character of singleply bellows is analysed by using the finite element method on the assumption that strains are infinite small and rotations are moderate small. Elements with three nodes were used. Displacement and rotation are interpolated independently in the general coordinate system. The loading increases proportionally. Some typical examples are calculated. The comparison of computation results with theoretical data shows that the program has good accuracy and is available.
