摘    要:采用吸湿—回干处理技术,研究了不同处理方法对红小豆种子发芽的影响.结果表明:经吸湿—回干—吸湿—回干处理的红小豆种子的发芽势、发芽率和平均发芽时间均不同程度高于其它各处理,低于对照未达到显著水平.吸湿—回干—吸湿—回干处理的红小豆种子的发芽指数和活力指数则不同程度高于对照和其它各处理.吸湿—回干—吸湿—回干处理提高了红小豆种子的活力.

Abstract:Adopted the technique of becoming wet-returning dry,we studied the influence of different treatments on the seed’germination of red bean.The results showed that the seed’s germination power,gernimation rate and average gernimation time of red bean through the treatment of becoming wet-returning dry-becoming wet-returning dry are higher than other treatments by different levels,and which are lower than the control and didn’t reach obvious level.The treatment of becoming wet-returning dry-becoming wet-returning dry improved the seed’s activity of red bean.
