| 摘 要： | 随着通信技术与多媒体技术的飞速发展，以多媒体视频为主的应用得到了广阔的发展。文章构建了一个Windows平台下独立于硬件的视频采集及传输系统。使用ActiveX视频控件，基于Delphi2009开发环境，实现了对视频的采集和传输，并给出了软件流程框图。实验结果表明：在应用程序中使用ActiveX视频控件，很容易实现视频的采集和传输。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of communication and multimedia technique,the application of the multimedia video got a broad development.This paper builds a hardware-independent video gathering and transmission system based on Windows.Using video ActiveX control has realized video gathering and transmission based on Delphi2009 development environment and presented a software flowchart.The results shows that it is very easy to realize video gathering and transmission using Video ActiveX controls in programming. |
