AMT汽车离合器控制策略的研究

摘    要:本文论述了离合器的系统模型,分析了离合器接合过程中两个性能评价指标——冲击度、滑摩功。确定了离合器接合量和接合速度作为控制对象,并得出了“快-慢-快”的接合控制规律。根据离合器控制策略,完成了汽车起步离合器控制程序。

Abstract:this paper deals with mathematical model of clutch system. The aim ot clutch control is to lessen the starting jerk and the friction work in clutch engaging process through analyzing this two evaluating indicators. Secondly, clutch engaging displacement and speed are taken as the controlled parameters and the engaging method of"fast-slow-fast"is concluded. These lie the foundation for the design of clutch control system. The clutch control program for starting process is programmed based on the clutch control rule.
