| 摘 要： | 随着我国2006年的再一次的事业单位工资改革的落实,以湖南省一所城镇中学在职教师的工资套改数据为样本,利用spss11.5中的因子分析和主成分分析对影响工资的各种构成要素进行统计分析,发现教师工资基本构成要素已经达不到应有的激励作用,因此提出从激励机制的心理作用上探讨教师的薪酬管理系统以及在此基础上唤醒教师的个体意识来积极配合教师工资的新一轮改革,更好的适应教育的发展和促进教师本身素质的优化。
