钛酸铝基陶瓷材料的研究

摘    要:用预合成的钛酸铝合成了莫来石-钛酸名(MT)陶瓷材料,用直接全成法合成了氧化锆-莫来石-钛酸铝(ZMT)陶瓷材料,探讨了这两种材料的烧结性能、力学性能和热性能。结果表明,随着钛酸铝含量的减少,两种陶瓷材料的抗弯强度逐渐提高,热膨胀系数也随之增大;两种陶瓷材料的钛酸铝含量相当时,ZMT具有较高的抗弯强度和较小的热膨胀系数,其抗热震性能优于MT;在热膨胀系数提高不大的情况下可以获得强度高、抗热震性能优

Abstract:In view of existing strength theory of brittle fracture problem occured in brittle materials subjected to complicated stress states, experimental results in tensile and torsion for cast iron are analyzed in this paper, and the effects of various physical quantities in the element subjected to complicated stress states on brittle fracture of materials are studied. On the basis of which the existing first and second strength theories are modified, and a strength condition of brittle fracture for cast iron is given. The new strength condition may interpret the experimental results in tension and torsion failure for cast iron.
