剪板机齿轮传动系统降噪的研究

摘    要:对某剪板机齿轮传动系统振动噪声作了较全面的研究。分析了噪声特性,计算了齿轮传动系统的动力响应,检查了齿轮加工质量等。从而找出了该机主要噪声源,并采取了噪声控制措施,使该机噪声级由93—95dB(A)降低到90dB(A)以下。

Abstract:An investigation was made thoroughly for the shock and noise occurring in the gear drive of a plate shearer.Main noise sources were found out by means of noise characteristic analysis and dynamic response calculation of gear drive, with gear's manufacturing quality checked up. Measures are thus taken to control the noise and reduce the noise level to below 90dB(A) from 93-95 dB(A).
