矿井通风节能技术初探

摘    要:本文围绕矿井通风节能问题,对利用扇风机类型特性曲线效率最高点优选风机、合理分风提高网络效率、辅扇调节等问题进行了初步分析,认为矿井通风节能不仅要保证主扇的高效运转,而且要合理分配风量,提高网路效率,才能充分发挥扇风机设备的作用,实现节能的目的。

Abstract:Centred on the problem of mine ventilation energy conservation,the followingaspects are analysed in this paper,i.e. optimal selection of fans by using the max. efficiencypoint on the pan--type performance curves,reasonal distribution of air quantity for increas-ing the network efficiency and adjustment by auxiliary fans,etc.. It concludes that in orderto bring the effect of fan equipment into full play and achieve the goal of energy conservation,it must ensure not only the high-efficient running of main fans,but also the rationaldistribution of the air quantity for increasing thenetwork efficiency.
