| 摘 要： | 随着高等职业教育的迅速发展，加强学生综合素质和能力的培养，使学生具有可持续发展的能力成为当今的一大主题。分析当前社会对高职学生就业的能力素质要求，建立学校、企业、社会终身教育机制，通过优化人才培养方案，构建四大平台课程体系，培养学生的可持续发展能力。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher vocational education, it＇s becoming a major theme of today to enhance the overall quality of students so that students have a capacity for sustainable development. This paper analyzes students＇ qualities that the society requires and building a lifetime educational organism covering schools, enterprises and society. Through optimizing talent cultivation plan, this paper suggests that four-fiat subject system should be formed to develop sustainable development ability. |
