| 摘 要： | 阿尔采末病的发病机制一直是神经科学领域未解的难题。近年来最新研究发现tao蛋白过度磷酸化导致神经纤维缠结、轴浆运输障碍、同型半胱氨酸的非血管作用、免疫学机制等导致神经元损伤和凋亡，最终引起阿尔采末发病。

| Abstract: | The pathogenesis of Alzheimer＇s disease（AD） is still a confounded problem in neuroscience field.Recently investigations have showed that hyperphosphorylation of tau protein could cause neurons injury and apoptosis in AD, the mechanisms maybe involve neurofibrillary tangles, abnormal axonal transportation,nonvascular effect of homocysteine and immunological mechanism. |
