沉淀氧化法制备Fe_3O_4的影响因素研究

摘    要:以制备形态、粒度、磁性等性能满足复印机显影剂要求的高性能磁粉为目标,研究了减法合成超细Fe3O4磁粉的工艺配方及工艺条件对微粉性能的影响,包括原材料、碱比、温度、气量、时间等工艺参数的影响规律.将采用优化工艺制备的磁粉与国产粉、日本粉进行了比较,各项参数均能达到井超过国产粉的性能指标,与进口的日本粉的水平不相上下.

Abstract:in culer to prepare magnetic particles having high qualities in thai shape,she and magnetic property etc.satisfying the needs for a duplicating developer,theeffch of proal seledion and conditions in the fabrication of ulhafme FelOn particlesthrough the alkaline method are studied.These include the relationship among the rawmaterials, alkaboty raho, tempreature,rate of air-flow and the of oxidation etc.PropertieS of particles of Japanese and ChineSe origin are compared with those madewith the optimized under discussion.It is shown that properties of produCtSmade with this process has attained or sUrpassed the standard of domesic products andare on a par with the level of bootal magnetic particles from Japan.
