| 摘 要： | 目的:对重庆道地药材金银花的重金属含量进行分析评价,为制定金银花药材重金属含量质量标准提供参考依据.方法:对重庆主产区不同年份、不同品种金银花药材样品的铅、镉、铜含量(石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法)及汞、砷含量(原子荧光法)进行分析.结果:铅的含量为0.158～1.564 mg/kg;镉的含量为0.009～0.069 mg/kg;汞的含量为0.010～0.078 mg/kg;铜的含量为0.162～0.364 mg/kg;砷的含量为0.457～2.172 mg/kg.不同产地、不同品种间铅和砷的差异性较大.结论:金银花药材基本上达到了<药用植物及制剂进出口绿色行业标准>相应的重金属限量标准,可进行规模化种植. |
