| 摘 要： | 以普通山银花作对照,采用紫外分光光度法,测定"雷雨一号"山银花及其培育亲本叶片和花蕾提取物中绿原酸的吸光值,并根据标准溶液回归曲线计算样品中绿原酸含量.结果表明,绿原酸浓度在0.02～0.10 mg/mL范围内与吸光度线性关系良好(R2=0.999 1);加样回收率平均值为99.98%(n=9),RSD=1.48%;"雷雨一号"、砧木亲本、接穗亲本干燥花蕾绿原酸含量分别为7.69%,4.75%,12.58%,均高于对照药材绿原酸含量4.43%.

| Abstract: | Spectrophotometry was used to measure the OD value of the extracts from the dryflower buds and leaves of Flos lonicerae variety Lei-Yu No1 and it parents,with ordinary medicinal F.lonicerae as the control,and chlorogenic acid content of the samples(detecting wavelength: 327nm) was calculated according to the standard curve regression equation.The results showed that within a range of 0.02~0.10 mg/mL,chlorogenic acid concentration was in a significantly linear relationship with OD value(R2=0.999 1),and the a... |
