对于我国边际消费倾向的分析及对策研究

通过对我国1978—2003年的短期边际消费倾向的预算,得出了短期边际消费倾向下降过快的结论;指出短期消费边际倾向下降过快的主要原因是由于居民收入预期看低而支出预期看涨、居民收入差距不断扩大、社会保障制度不完善以及消费品供给结构的不合理造成的;提出了解决短期边际消费倾向下降过快的政策措施。

The Analysis on Marginal Propensity to Consume (MPC) of China

After calculating the MPC from 1978 to 2003,this paper concludes that the MPC of the short term falls down too quickly,points out that the main reasons why the MPC of the short term falls down too quickly are that people's prospective income is too low while the prospective payout is too high,the income gap is becoming larger and larger,the social security system is not perfect and the structure of consumption goods' supply is not reasonable,and puts forward some policies and measures for solving the problem that the MPC of the short term falls down too quickly.
