摘 要: | 在现代微波收信机中,为保证宽频带传输性能,通常是在基本增益级间插入可控衰减器来实现增益控制。电容电桥—差分放大单元电路是一种新颖而实用的可控增益单元电路,计算和实验表明,对于微波中继收信机要求40~50dB的增益控制指标,使用三这种单元电路就可实现。

A Capacitance Bridge-Differential Amplifier Used for the Gain Control Unit of AGC |

Abstract: | Usually, variadle attenuator is inserted between basic amplifier stages to ensure wide frequency performance, in modern microwave receiver. Capacitance bridge-differential amplifier unit is a new and useful variable gain unit circuit. Calculations and experiments shows that using three units can satisfy the gain control specification of 40-50dB which is required for microwave link receiver. |
