| 摘 要： | 以对羟基苯甲酸和对苯二酚为原料,用复合酸共沸催化法合成对羟基苯甲酸对苯二酚酯;再由对羟基苯甲酸对苯二酚酯与环氧氯丙烷进行反应合成酚酯型液晶环氧-4,4’-对羟基苯甲酸对苯二酚二缩水甘油醚.研究了合成工艺、反应条件、提纯方法等因素对产率的影响,找出了一套合理的合成方案来合成液晶环氧.最后用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、熔点测定仪、元素分析等方法对合成的液晶环氧-4,4’-对羟基苯甲酸对苯二酚二缩水甘油醚的分子结构进行了表征.

| Abstract: | 4-hydroxyphenyl-4-hydroxybenzoate is synthesized by the reaction of 4-hydroxyphenyl methyl acid with 4-hydroxyphenol and catalyzed by compound acid,and then a novel liquid crystalline epoxy resin with the aromatic ester mesogen the diglycidylether of 4-hydroxyphenyl-4-hydroxyben-zoate is synthesized by the reaction of 4-hydroxyphenyl-4-hydroxybenzoate with epichlorohydrin.The effect of synthesis technique and extraction way on yield has been discussed.At last,find a reasonable synthesis way.The structure and phase behavior of the synthesized the diglycidylether of 4-hydroxy-phenyl 4-hydroxybenzoate have been characterized by Flourier Transmit Infrared(FTIR),Element analysis,Melt point etc. |
