多效唑对大豆化学调控诱导效应的研究

摘    要:以黑农33大豆为供试材料,在不同时期用多效唑(PP333)处理后,大豆植株矮化,茎粗、节间缩短、结荚高度下降,叶质良好,叶绿素含量增加,光合速率增强,多项生理生化指标和酶活性明显优化,因此生长发育功能加强,器官衰老延缓,表现产量提高,种子内蛋白质含量增加,品质有所改善

Abstract:Soybean Hei-Nong 33 is provided for experimantal material. In different periods, PP333 treating soybean plants become dumpy, the stem thickens internodes shortens, height of pods descends, leaves quality is better, chlorphyll content increases,photosynthetic efficiency strengthen, a number of physiology and biochemical index, and the enzymes activity are excellent. So the function of growth and development strengthen, the organs delay senescence. These show that soybean output rise, protein and amino acid content in seeds increases, the quality improves a little.
