Abstract:【Objective】The effect of mechanical damage on the sprouting ability of Cunninghamia lanceolata(Chinese fir) clones with different propagation methods was analyzed, and the sprouting mechanism was expounded from the perspective of endogenous hormone metabolism.【Method】Based on the analysis of the effects of base damage and topping treatments on the sprouting ability of Chinese fir clone 020 cuttings and 020 tissue culture seedlings, indoleacetic acid(IAA), gibberellin(GA3), abscisic acid(ABA) and cytckinin(CTK) in branches and leaves, base phloem, root tip and other organs of Chinese fir clone at the peak of sprouting were further determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Pearson method was used to analyze the correlation between sprouting ability and endogenous hormone content.【Result】The number of sprouting tillers increased with the extension of culture time. The peak of sprouting tillers of 020 cuttings and 020 tissue culture seedlings in topping and base damage treatments were in July. The sprouting ability of topping treatments was significantly higher than that of base damage treatments, and the difference reached a significant level(P < 0.05);with the growth of seedlings, IAA content in branches and leaves of Chinese fir clones increased, GA3 content decreased;topping treatment was conducive to ABA accumulation in branches and leaves and root tips of Chinese fir seedlings, and basal damage treatment was conducive to CTK accumulation in phloem and root tips.【Conclusion】Under the condition of mechanical injury, IAA, ABA and GA3 endogenous hormone contents in root tips, branches and leaves of Chinese fir were higher. There was a significant positive correlation between the number of sprouting tillers and the mechanical injury treatments, and a significant positive correlation between the number of sprouting tillers and the contents of GA3, and a significant negative correlation between the number of sprouting tillers and the content of IAA and ABA.
