| 摘 要： | 用ｖｏｎＮｅｕｍａｎｎ代数定义了对合运算连续的Ｂａｎｃｈ－ａｌｇｅｂｒａ的表示，证明了包络ｖｏｎＮｅｕｍａｎｎ代数的存在性；最后，给出了包络ｖｏｎＮｅｕｍａｎｎ代数的正合序列。
