摘    要:利用振动样品磁强计和电子顺磁共振谱仪研究了Fe-Ni/Cu多层膜中的层间耦合和二维效应,以及它们对磁性的影响,对于Fe-Ni(3.0nm)/Cu多层膜,面内饱和场Hs,矫顽力Hc,剩磁比均随Cu层厚度作同步振荡变化,对于Fe-Ni(2.0nm)/Cu和Fe-Ni(3.0nm)/Cu多层膜,有效饱和磁化强度与共振线宽ΔH,随Cu层厚度作同步振荡变化。在它们的铁磁共振谱中,除了一致进动共振模外,还存在

Abstract:In this paper Fe-Ni/Cu multilayers are prepared by DC magnetron sputtering.The behavior of interlayer coupling and low dimensional effect and their influence on magnetic properties are studied by vibrating sample magnetometer and electron paramagnetic resonance. FOr Fe-Ni(3. 0nm)/Cu multilayers, the in-plane saturation field, the coercive forceand the remanence ratio oscillate with the increase of the Cu layer thickness. FOr Fe-Ni/Cumultilayers with 2. 0 and 3. 0 urn thick magnetic layer, the spin wave resonance mode is observed, which further confirms the existence of interlayer coupling. In the two series Of multilayers, the effective magnetization and the resonance linewidth oscillate correlatively, butchange monotonically with the increase of the Fe-Ni layer thickness, for Fe-Ni/Cu(2. 0 nm)multilayers, which can be explainpd as a result of interplay between the low-dimeusional effeet and alternative ferromagnetic and antiferromagnetic interlayer coupling.
