紫外激光诱导Mn2(CO)10的气相光解离沉积动力学

摘    要:采用石英晶体微量秤技术研究了紫外激光诱导的Mn2(CO)10气相光解离沉积反应,发现Nn2(CO)10气相母体分子浓度,激光能量密度与光解离沉积速度均呈线性关系。

Abstract:Using QCM technique,the kinetics of gaseous photodissociation deposition of Mn2 (CO)10 induced by 337. 1 nm laser is studied. The linear dependence of the photodissociation deposition rate on the laser intensity and on the number of original Mn2 (CO)10 molecule in gaseous phase have been obtained,which conform to rules of gaseous molecule single-photo dissociation rate equation. The gaseous molecule single-photo dissociation is the rate-determining course in the UV laser-induced Mn2 (CO)10 photodissociation deposition. Mn2 (CO)10 photodissociates into carbonyl maganese with lower number of corrdinate and deposites on the surface of gold plated quartz crystal.
