云南及贵州部分地区淡水生捕食线虫真菌多样性研究

摘    要: 研究云南鸡足山、西双版纳、滇池、盘龙江、苍山及贵州宽阔水地区小溪底泥和落水腐叶样品共800份,分离到淡水生捕食线虫真菌5属47种,包括Arthrobotrys,Dactylellina,Drechslerella,DactylellaTriposporina,其中2个中国新记录:A. psychrophilaDa. tentaculatum.淡水生捕食线虫真菌的水平分布没有严格的地理和气候限制,但在不同生境中种的出现频率不同;对比2种着生基质,推测淡水生捕食线虫真菌可在多种基质上生长;水环境的污染状况对淡水生捕食线虫真菌的分布有显著影响,并对捕食器官等问题进行了讨论.

Abstract:800 muds and leaf samples were collected from Jizu Mountain,Xishuangbanna,Dianchi Lake,Panlong River,Cang Mountain in Yunnan Province and Kuankuoshui in Guizhou Province,and investigated for freshwater nematophagous fungi.A total of 47 species were isolaed,which were assigned into 5 genera:Arthrobotrys,Dactylellina,Drechslerella,Dactylella and Triposporina,including two new records of China,A.psychrophila and Da.tentaculatum,Compared with previous studies,the present research revealed that the horizontal distribution of freshwater nematophagous fungi is not restricted strictly by geography and climate but the distribution frequency of species is different in various habitates.Freshwater nematophagous fungi could group in many substrata based on the studies of two substrata mud and leaf.The conditions of the water have notable effect to the distribution of the fungi.The trapping device and other related questions are also discussed.
