电弧炉炼钢过程的跨尺度能量集成理论研究

摘    要:研究分析了电弧炉炼钢过程的冶金学特征,指出供应能量对电弧炉炼钢的物质转化过程起到了决定性的作用.观察、认识到在炼钢过程中存在着微观、介观、单元操作级和工位级等尺度级的时空多尺度结构.在工位级按能量将供氧、供电两项功率单元进行跨尺度集成,形成了工位级跨尺度能量集成的一般方法,并用数学公式进行了描述.工业试验和工业生产表明:跨尺度集成的理念和方法与炼钢生产相结合可取得较好的生产效果,平均冶炼电耗为271.1kW.h.t-1,氧气消耗为40.4m3.t-1,冶炼周期为52.9min.

Abstract:Metallurgical characteristics in the electric arc furnace steelmaking process were analyzed.The result showed that energy supply played a decisive role on material transformation.On the basis of the realization of space-time multi-scale structures which contained microscale,mesoscale,unit operation and working operation scale,trans-scale integration on two units of oxygen supplying and power supplying was realized according to energy in working operation scale and a general method of energy integration was ...
