| 摘 要： | 交通运输业建设项目的地区经济效益是该地区经济效益的重要组成部分，目前尚以定性分析为主。本文提出一套运用系统工程理论和投入产出方法，研究交通运输建设项目地区经济效益的方法和模型。并以京津地区为实例，对京津塘高速公路和京津间三线铁路建设的地区经济效益进行了实际计算和深入探讨，得到了有益的结果。

| Abstract: | Economic benefit of transportation systems project consists of its regional economic benefit.At present,qualitative analysis for that is the main method.In this paper,we applied the theory of systems engineering and Input-output method to developing a method and model for researching regional economic benefit of transportation systems constructing project.Furthermore,taking the area Beijing and Tianjin as an practical example,we compute the regional economic benefit of third Jing-Jin railway and the Jing-Jin-Tang expressway.By this means.we obtain a set of useful result. |
