摘 要: | 硅基负极材料由于其具有高容量而被广泛研究,该材料在充/放电过程中巨大的体积变化、低的循环寿命和初始库仑效率阻碍了其商业化应用. 本文分析了硅基负极材料的工作原理,回顾了其在脱/嵌锂过程中的晶体结构、表面/界面的变化以及提高其电化学性能的方法,讨论了锂离子电池硅基负极材料的前景.

Research advances in silicon-based anode materials of high capacity lithium-ion battery |

Abstract: | Due to its high capacity, silicon based anode materials have been widely studied in recent years. However,the commercialization of silicon-based materials as the anode of lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) has been hindered by the huge volume change, poor cycle life and low initial coulombic efficiency during the charge/ discharge process. This article analyses the insertion/ interinsertion lithium ion principle of silicon anodes, reviews the change of the crystal structure and the surface/ interface of Si-based material during the intercalation/ deintercalation of lithium, and the methods for improving the electrochemical performance. The prospects of silicon-based materials as the anode of LIBs are also discussed. |
