| 摘 要： | 蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶-1B(PTP-1B)在胰岛素信号转导中起负调节作用,是治疗2型糖尿病和肥胖症的一个新靶点。PTP-1B抑制剂可有效治疗2型糖尿病和肥胖症。本文综述了近年来PTP-1B抑制剂的研究进展,重点归纳了通过化学合成方法得到了多种PTP-1B抑制剂,如钒酸盐类化合物、磷酸酯类化合物、肽类化合物等。

| Abstract: | Protein-tyrosine phosphatase-1B acts as a negative regulator of the insulin signal transduction, serving as a new therapeutic target in type 2 diabetes and obesity. Inhibitors of PTP-1B may be beneficial in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and obesity. This paper reviews recent progresses of researches on inhibitors of PTP-1B, with PTP-1B inhibitors obtained by chemical synthesis being summarized, including vanadate compounds, phosphate compounds, peptide compounds and others. |
