大射电望远镜反射面板非线性分析

摘    要:大射电望远镜反射面板为三角形薄板,且布置大量网孔.反射面板在正常工作状态下发生非线性变形,故先采用能量变分法给出简支正三角形薄板非线性变形的近似解,并以有限元分析加以修正,然后依据理论分析和参数分析考虑板中网孔的影响,最终得到反射面板非线性变形最大挠度.试验表明,上述近似方法是可靠方便的.

Abstract:The reflector panel of large radio telescope is an equilateral triangle thin plate with large numbers of holes. The deformation of the panel under normal working state is nonlinear. So firstly,energy variational method is used to give the approximate solution of nonlinear deformation of the simply supported equilateral triangle plate and the result is adjusted by finite element analysis; then the influence of the holes in the panel is considered by theory analysis and parametric analysis; finally the maximum nonlinear deflection of the panel is calculated by combining the above two steps. The reliability and convenience of the method used are verified by experiment.
