铅在铅酸电池中的资源服务效率

摘    要:研究铅酸电池系统对铅矿资源的消耗规律·采用资源服务效率作为衡量指标,借助参考年的铅酸电池生命周期铅流图,获得了铅在铅酸电池中的资源服务效率的变化规律·结果表明,保持较高的铅循环率、较低的铅排放率,适当地控制产量增长率,是大幅度提高资源服务效率的有效方法·计算了中国和瑞典铅酸电池系统中铅的资源服务效率现状;通过两者的对比,分析出中国资源服务效率低下的原因,并依此提出了改善对策·

Abstract:?The regularity of lead reserve consumption for lead-acid batteries system was studied. Taking the resource-service efficiency as an index and the lead flow diagram (LFD) of lead-acid batteries life cycle (LC) as reference, and how the resource-service efficiency of lead in lead-acid batteries changed was found out. The results showed that to keep a higher recycling rate, lower lead emission rate, and proper lead-output growth rate are the effective ways to raise resource-service efficiency greatly. The resource-service efficiency at present in China and Sweden were calculated, respectively, for comparison to analyze the reasons why the resource-service efficiency is low in China, with some countermeasures proposed to improve the resource-service efficiency.
