| Abstract: | By means of research into the experiments of training sports activists in Grades 95, 96, 97and 98 in two universities from the year of 1997 to 2000, the paper puts forward a general law for the development of college student football referees and establishing regulations required for training, management and assessment. Thus the paper provides referring judgements for the future training plans. |
