采用CBY轴流桨搅拌槽内壁局部传热膜系数的研究

摘    要:在内径为1200mm容积为1.5m^3的搅拌槽中,使用CBY螺旋桨,对牛顿流体采用量热法,研究了搅拌槽内壁局部传热膜系数沿轴向的分布情况.实验结果表明,叶轮离底距离对釜壁的局部传热膜系数分布有较大的影响.同时,本文还研究了桨径和层间距等因素对槽内壁局部传热膜系数的影响.

Abstract:In a stirred tank which was 1.2m in diameter and 1.5 m~3 in volume with ellipsoidal bottom, by using a calorimetric method , the local heat transfer film coefficients on its inner surface were measured with CBY propeller. The clearance of impeller has great effect on the axial distribution of the local heat transfer film coefficient. The effects of different factors such as diameter of impeller and interlayer spacing on the local heat transfer film coefficient were studied.
