| 摘 要： | 随着科学技术的不断进步，新材料、新技术、新工艺在工业生产中大量普及和应用，以及高校招生规模的扩大．金工实习教学在教学内容，教学方法和管理模式上面临着许多新问题。本文分析了新形势下的金工实习教学面临的主要问题．并提出了相应的解决方法和对策。
