人格教育:大学生思想政治教育的基础

中共中央、国务院发出《关于进一步加强和改进大学生思想政治教育的意见》,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作,成为目前学校教育工作重点之一。目前,大学生的思想政治工作随着社会的变化,存在着相对疲软的状况,其中重要原因是长期以来忽略了人格教育及培养,而人格教育正是思想政治教育的基础。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育工作要重视正面的、显性的教育,更要强调从人格的和人的心理的角度来深化思想政治工作,使思想政治工作日常化并产生潜移默化的效应,发挥思想政治教育的应有优势和效益。
