摘    要:利用前置烧焦罐式高效再生器催化裂化装置动态机理数学模型及其仿真软件平台,考察了原料预热温度对反应再生系统动态和定态特性的影响。在控制汽提段和二密相床藏量的条件下,当同时控制或不控制沉降器压力和反应温度时,反应再生系统是稳定的;否则是不稳定的。在控制再生器压力、沉降器压力和提升管反应器出口温度的条件下,提高原料预热温度,反应深度(以反应热表征)降低,气体、汽油和焦炭产率均下降,但柴油产率下降很少,再生剂含碳量降低。因此,应适当提高反应温度设定值,以改善产品分布。在再生器压力、沉降器压力和提升管出口温度均不被控制时,提高原料预热温度,气体、汽油和焦炭产率及反应深度变化很小。由于再生温度提高较大,再生效果得到改善。

Abstract:FCCU (fluid catalytic cracking unit) simulator (HERS) is based on the dynamic mechanism model of the FCCU with a high efficient regenerator. The effect of preheat temperature of feed on the dynamic responses and steady states of the reactor/regenerator section of the unit were studied, taking the FCCU simulator as windows. Under the condition of controlling inventories of the stripper and second stage of the regenerator, the reactor/regenerator section of the unit is stable only if both the temperature at the top of the riser reactor and the pressure at the top of the reactor are controlled. Under the condition of controlling temperature and pressure, an increase of preheat temperature will cause reduction of the yields of gas, gasoline and coke, as well as the carbon content on the regenerated catalyst. Therefore, the value of set temperature at the top of the riser reactor should be raised in order to improve the distribution of products. On the other hand, without controlling the temperature and pressure, increase of the preheat temperature will cause small changes of the yields of gas, gasoline and coke. The higher the preheat temperature is, the lower the carbon content on the regenerated catalyst will be.
